The TDA offers:
- Accommodation ranging from laboratory to medium and large scale pilot plant facilities
- Roof heights up to 14m, high floor loadings, some overhead cranage
- Piped services – compressed air, nitrogen, steam, hydrogen and other specialised gases with pressures up to 330 bar
- Purpose designed storage facilities for dry goods, flammable and toxic substances and gas cylinders
- Blast bays, fume cupboards, cubicles with fume extraction
- Qualified and skilled technicians provide advice, support and maintenance
- A variety of “general purpose equipment” available for hire: fume cupboards, reactor vessels, mills, ovens, dryers, blenders etc.
- Registration of engineering equipment to meet statutory requirements with inspection of pressure vessels and lifting gear
- Testing and inspection services provided for local extract ventilation and electrical equipment
- Use of pick-up truck and mobile elevated working platform by suitably trained personnel
- Emissions to atmosphere, drain and waste disposal managed by Wilton Centre Facilities Management
- Close circuit television monitoring
