Masterclass for Middle Management

Wilton Centre tenant, Teesside University, has developed a new course for middle management in the science sector.
The Management Masterclass Series offers a new way of improving the business capability of middle managers in manufacturing, engineering and supply chain companies.
Delegates are offered the opportunity to explore a range of business challenge areas that have been identified in partnership with the sector as ‘need to know’ topic areas for their middle management teams.
Already, more than 25 companies have booked employees onto one or more of the innovative Management Masterclass Series being held until July 2012.
Companies are able to block book several one-day sessions of the series for a single delegate or select an individual session that will address a specific gap in the personal development of their middle manager(s).
Benefits to an organisation include the ability to:
- Introduce key areas of business management through commercially experienced academic staff and external experts
- Encourage intra and inter business discussion and problem solving.
