If you can’t stand the heat...! Hugh McGivern’s flamboyant cookery demonstration.
A live cooking demonstration at The Lakeside Restaurant on June 10th saw the company’s Executive Chef, Hugh McGivern, produce no fewer than ten dishes in less than an hour!
Following a successful two day showing at this year’s Hotel Olympia, Hugh attracted a crowd of hungry onlookers to his Flavours of the World presentation of quick and exciting dishes.
Visitors to the restaurant were invited to ask questions and encouraged to take away recipe cards to try replicating Hugh’s meals at home.
