The unique Innovation Accelerator incubator facility located at the centre is now up and running.

Building works have been completed on the 1000m2 fully integrated technology incubator which is dedicated to nurturing innovative businesses within the science, technology, engineering and life sciences sectors.

It offers flexible workspace units suitable for pilot plants, specialist laboratories and scale-up use, together with shared laboratories and office and meeting space.

The development, which was funded by the Wilton Centre landlord with a contribution from ERDF via ONE as part of the Innovation Connectors initiative, is managed by a team from CPI.

CPI's Dr Mike Anderson says that the new facility combines industry know-how and leading edge facilities.

Adding: "We offer the perfect environment for companies looking to evolve exciting new business opportunities, from inception through development and commercial exploitation."
