Around the Centre - Energy saving
Work on energy saving modifications in T Block is nearing completion. All labs have been fitted with new motorised dampers and controls and individual roof fans have been removed. New filter assemblies are being fitted in the basement and final commissioning of the whole installation will take place soon. WCFM expects to extend the work in the future to R Block and perhaps elsewhere.
Around the Centre - Refurbishment work
As part of the ongoing work to upgrade the corridor areas, WCFM has refurbished R Entrance, R1 Corridor and D1 Corridor. This work included new suspended ceilings, lighting and redecoration, with the addition of a new carpet in R1 entrance and some wall protection in D1 corridor.
