Mike Dunne from CPI at the National Triathlon Grand Prix

When the going gets tough, the tough get going and that includes Mike Dunne, Project Manager with the CPI team.

Mike has won his age group in the British Triathlon Association National Triathlon Grand Prix.

The grand prix is a national league table which takes entrants' best three results for qualifying Olympic distance events (1500m swim, 40k bike, 10K run).

Mike also represented Great Britain in the World Age Group Championships in Lausanne, in September, coming 15th.

Val Briggs and Gemma Ward, of CPI, ran the Great North Run this year. In her third Great North Run, Val produced a time of 2 hours 10 mins. She has raised more than £2,000 for the Multiple Sclerosis charity over the three years.

This was Gemma’s first Great North Run and she raised more than £700 for Cancer Research.
